Yes — that is the most common layout we work on in Boca Raton. We clean from the dryer end with rotary brushes and vacuum, and we inspect the roof termination when it can be reached safely. If the cap sits on a steep tile section we cannot get to safely, we tell you exactly what we found and what it would take, rather than guessing.
Do you coordinate with condo associations or property managers for building access?
We can. In mid-rise and high-rise buildings the association usually controls elevator reservations, service-entrance hours and roof access. Tell us the building's rules when you book and we will schedule inside them. In stacked units we clean the in-unit duct and the accessible transition, and if what we find belongs to a shared building riser we put that in writing so you can hand it to management.
Does coastal air affect the exterior vent hood on a Boca Raton roof?
