Not every duct in a Florida home is reachable. Flex duct buried in a tight attic run, sections sealed inside a wall or ceiling chase, and anything that would have to be cut open sit outside this service. We flag those limits during the evaluation rather than implying the whole system was cleaned when it wasn't.
What the EPA Says About Duct Cleaning

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency does not recommend that air ducts be cleaned on a routine, fixed schedule — only as needed. The EPA also states that duct cleaning has never been shown to prevent health problems.
It does describe conditions that make cleaning worth considering: visible mold growth on hard surfaces inside the ducts or on other system components, an infestation of vermin such as rodents or insects, or ducts so clogged with debris that particles are actually being released into the room through the supply registers.

What This Service Does Not Cover
Clear boundaries beat vague promises. Here is what we will not do on your job.
No mold work of any kind
We do not identify, test, sample or treat mold, and we will not tell you whether what you are looking at is mold. If we find growth on system components, we stop and refer you to an appropriately licensed mold assessor or remediator.
No calendar-based upselling
We do not put homes on a fixed cleaning cycle, because routine scheduled cleaning is not what the EPA recommends. We look at the condition of your system, whether or not that leads to a job.
No claims about what you breathe
Duct cleaning has not been shown to prevent health problems, so we do not market it that way. We report what we removed and the condition of the accessible components — nothing beyond that.

How do I know if my air ducts actually need cleaning?

Does duct cleaning prevent health problems?

How often should air ducts be cleaned?
