These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.ventbusters.com (the "Site") and any services booked through it, by phone, or in person from Vent Busters ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Not an Emergency Service

Vent Busters is a home maintenance and cleaning service. We are not a fire department, emergency response service, or government agency. If you have an active fire, smell smoke, or believe you're in immediate danger, call 911 first.

Service Limitations

Our technicians work on accessible components of your dryer vent and air duct system. We do not disassemble structural elements, remove drywall, or access areas that require specialized entry beyond standard service equipment. If a part of your system is inaccessible, damaged, or requires repair beyond routine cleaning, we'll tell you and provide a separate quote if that work is something we can perform.

Vent Busters does not identify, test, or remediate mold. If our technician observes material that may require mold assessment, we will recommend evaluation by an appropriately licensed professional rather than treating it ourselves.

Our dryer vent airflow & safety check is a visual inspection and airflow test performed by our technicians. It is not a government, code-compliance, or certified fire inspection, and should not be treated as a substitute for one.

Pricing & Quotes

We do not publish flat-rate pricing because every home and system is different. Final pricing is confirmed after a free, no-obligation on-site inspection and before any paid work begins. Any repairs, replacement parts, or work beyond the original scope require your separate approval before we proceed.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment by calling or emailing us. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another homeowner. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

Warranty & Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the results of a completed service, contact us within a reasonable time after the visit and we'll work with you to make it right. This guarantee covers the quality of work performed and does not cover pre-existing damage, conditions outside our control, or issues unrelated to the service performed.

SMS & Communications Terms

By submitting a form on this Site or otherwise providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages from Vent Busters related to your service request, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vent Busters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or our services, beyond the cost of the service performed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
